This is early work describing the development of an algorithm for predicting resistance to RAI. The internal validation is excellent, and validation in a small group of patients was also promising. Thyroid differentiation genes from the basis of the biomarker, although not all genes contributed significantly to the model. Going forward, we will seek additional datasets to validate our algorithm.
