Qualisure has submitted an international PCT patent application for the molecular subclassification of papillary thyroid cancer which is ending review. The Patent Cooperation treaty (PCT) is an international treaty with more than 150 Contracting States. The PCT makes it possible to seek patent protection for an invention simultaneously in a large number of countries by filing a single “international” patent application instead of filing several separate national or regional patent applications.
This application will serve as significant barrier to entry for Qualisure’s lead product Thyroid GuidePx™, and will greatly improve the commercial success of our product in the geographic regions in which Qualisure plans to operate.
